Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park is located in St.Kitts island ad is St. Christopher and Nevis federation in the eastern of Caribbean. The park was established by military of British engineers and done by the African slaves. The park has impressive history part. It was mounted during the year 1690 on the Brimstone hill that was addressed as the place to recapture Fort Charles. The construction for the park took about one hundred years.
This historical park has numerous places to visit like eastern Place of arms, fort George museum, and western place of arms. Those places can be reached by walking by direct walk from the parking area. The other area that can be visited around the park is Magazine Bastion. This has walls that had been breached by French during 1782. The ruins themselves are really close from the parking area so that the tourists may come directly to the ruins when they first arrive in the area.
This beautiful and historical national park can be reached by car and from the nearest city the tourists may go by train or busses. The place is not really far away from the nearest city and can be reached easily. For those who want to visit the park it is suggested to come during spring time. The spring time is the best time when flowers are blooming and the visitors may smell the nice blooming flowers over the park and enjoy the exotic flower gardens around it while seeing the beautiful historic parts from the building. For the entry, the visitors are charged really cheaply and they can enjoy the whole area as long as they like.
