If you take bus, you will need one hour trip to Segovia, two hours by train and 30 minutes by high speed train. You can take the bus from Madrid from Principe Pio bus station. Usually, there are one or two buses that depart from the station every hour. And, when you arrive at Segovia bus station, Paseo de Ezequiel Gonzales, you can directly walk to nearby Aqueduct to enjoy the beautiful sightseeing of this place.
